02. Local playback
Instant Pads plays musical pads on your device. The app does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data. It has no user accounts, ads, analytics or remote crash reporting. It does not record audio or access the microphone, contacts, location or photos.
03. Files and controls
Bundled SoundFonts are copied to private storage for playback. Timbre, chord and volume remain in memory during the session. Uninstalling removes private files through the operating system.
04. Background playback
User-started playback can continue in the background or with the screen locked. Media services, audio focus, media controls and wake locks enable this without sending information to the developer.
05. Google Play
Google Play processes purchases and may process account, payment and diagnostic data under its policies. Instant Pads does not receive payment card details.
06. Registration and support
Testing registration happens on the website, separately from the app. Email is confirmed, stored in Cloudflare and used by Resend for messages and Google for testing group authorization. It does not include advertising. Unconfirmed registrations expire after seven days; personal data and group membership are removed within 90 days after campaign closure. Use the withdrawal link in emails or contact support. Support messages are used to answer requests and retained while necessary for support or applicable obligations.

You may request access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights using the contacts above. Changes in practices will be described here. The app also provides the policy offline.
