Instant Pads Terms of Use

Instant Pads is a local music playback tool. Use it lawfully, respecting third-party rights and platform conditions. The intended audience is teenagers aged 13 and older and adults; minors must observe parental authorization and guidance where required.

The Google Play launch will be paid, without a required subscription. Pricing, payments, refunds and availability follow the store conditions and applicable legal rights. The license does not transfer ownership of the app or included files. Component notices and licenses are available in the app.

Test versions may contain faults and change. An invitation authorizes access to the particular test; the participant must still accept on Google Play. Promotional codes are individual, single-use and subject to expiration and availability. No place or deadline is guaranteed. Leaving testing does not undo a completed redemption.

Playback requires compatible hardware and software. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Keep volume appropriate for your surroundings. Contact gerson@zatt.dev for support. These terms do not exclude rights provided by applicable law.
