Fluid Studio Privacy Policy

This policy establishes how Zatt will process data in the public version of Fluid Studio, which provides SF2 SoundFonts, sound layers, and MIDI features. Shazam Empreendimentos Ltda. is the controller of personal data it receives for customer service and support.

The music features described in this policy work with data on the device:

• SoundFonts: the SF2 files you choose are imported into the application's library, with their names, characteristics, and index for organization and playback.
• Preferences: sounds, layers, volumes, effects, and channels are saved to restore your setup.
• MIDI and audio: note, velocity, and sustain events, identification of the selected device, and technical audio parameters enable instrument control and sound production.

The music features of the public version do not require a Zatt account. This policy does not authorize synchronization of these files with Zatt servers, advertising, or optional telemetry. If you contact support, we will receive your email address and the message content to handle your request.

Music files and preferences remain in the application's storage. Access to files and equipment uses your selection and system permissions. File copies in other applications or backup services depend on your device choices and settings.

Data sent to support may be processed by email and customer service providers only for that purpose and subject to protection obligations, or disclosed to comply with a legal obligation. We will not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Processing by providers outside Brazil must observe the applicable legal safeguards.

The library and preferences use the application's private storage and operating system protections. Protect access to your device, import files from trusted sources, and keep copies of what you want to preserve. No measure eliminates every risk of loss or unauthorized access.

Support will use the information received only for customer service, security, and compliance with legal obligations, under the applicable basis. Do not send unnecessary personal information in files or messages.

Imported files and preferences remain on the device until removed through the library, by clearing application data, or by deleting the application using the system's options. Original files, external copies, and backups must be removed from their respective locations.

Support messages will be kept until the request is resolved and for any additional period needed to comply with a legal obligation or exercise rights. After that need ends, the data will be deleted. Any exceptional retention must have a specific purpose, restricted access, and a duration limited to the need; its reason and period or criterion will be communicated to the data subject.

You may request confirmation and access to data, correction, information about sharing, deletion, and the other rights provided by Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), such as objection and withdrawal of consent where applicable, through the contacts above. Requests are free of charge; we may verify your identity proportionately to protect your data.

Data stored only on the device must be removed using local controls, as it is not available to Zatt for remote deletion.

Material changes will be communicated on this page and, when necessary, in the application, with the date of the new version. Use by children and adolescents must respect their best interests and the legally applicable authorization requirements.
