Fluid Studio Terms of Use

These terms establish the conditions for using the public version of Fluid Studio, a Zatt product for playing SF2 SoundFonts, combining sounds, and using MIDI features.

You are authorized to use the application under these terms, without any transfer of ownership of the software. Third-party and open-source components are governed by their own licenses. Do not use the application for unlawful activities, infringement of rights, unauthorized access, or interference with the security of the service.

Compatibility and latency depend on the device, SoundFonts, adapters, and MIDI equipment used. Keep copies of the files you want to preserve.

You retain the rights to the materials you use and must have the necessary permissions for files, music, lyrics, images, translations, and sound banks. Using the application does not grant licenses to third-party works. Do not include other people's personal data without an appropriate basis.

Observe the licenses for SoundFonts and compositions, including for recordings, public performances, and commercial use.

Features may vary by version and platform. Maintenance, device limitations, or failures may affect operation. Test your setup before presentations and preserve your important files.

If a paid offering is available, its price, duration, renewal, and cancellation terms will be provided before purchase, subject to store rules and consumer rights. These terms do not create any charge or subscription. No provision excludes mandatory guarantees or rights established by law.

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You can remove files and preferences by following the data deletion instructions.
