01. Remove SoundFonts
The public version described in this policy does not use a Zatt account for its music features.
- Open the SF2 Player and go to More options → Library.
- Choose the imported SoundFont and confirm its deletion.
The original copy of the file may remain in the folder it was imported from. Remove it separately if you wish.
02. Erase all local data
On Android: open Settings → Apps → Fluid Studio → Storage and choose Clear data or Clear storage. Names vary by manufacturer. This removes the private library and resets preferences; clearing only the cache does not do the same.
On iOS: use the option to delete the application and its data in storage settings. Offloading the application while keeping documents is not equivalent to deleting the data.
Before confirming, preserve what you want to keep. Original files, copies in other folders, and system or third-party backups must be removed from those locations.
03. Data sent to Zatt
To delete information sent to Fluid Studio support, write to gerson@zatt.dev or gerson@eshazam.com.br. Identify the support request or data you want to delete, without sending passwords. The responsible company is Shazam Empreendimentos Ltda., CNPJ 61.908.963/0001-82.
We will confirm receipt and provide the steps, an estimated completion time, and any legally necessary retention. Removing local data does not delete messages already sent to support. See the Privacy Policy.
