Lumina Terms of Use

These terms establish the conditions for using the public version of Lumina, a Zatt product for organizing and conducting presentations with lyrics, Bible passages, and media.

You are authorized to use the application under these terms, without any transfer of ownership of the software. Third-party and open-source components are governed by their own licenses. Do not use the application for unlawful activities, infringement of rights, unauthorized access, or interference with the security of the service.

Protect your account and grant workspace access only to authorized people and devices. When representing an organization, make sure you are authorized to do so.

You retain the rights to the materials you use and must have the necessary permissions for files, music, lyrics, images, translations, and sound banks. Using the application does not grant licenses to third-party works. Do not include other people's personal data without an appropriate basis.

You authorize the processing, storage, and transmission of content to the extent necessary for the presentation and to the people and devices you authorize.

Features may vary by version and platform. Maintenance, device limitations, or failures may affect operation. Test your setup before presentations and preserve your important files.

If a paid offering is available, its price, duration, renewal, and cancellation terms will be provided before purchase, subject to store rules and consumer rights. These terms do not create any charge or subscription. No provision excludes mandatory guarantees or rights established by law.

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You may request account termination and deletion through the Lumina deletion page. Deleting an account does not replace cancellation of any subscription.

Restrictions for misuse must be proportionate and comply with the law. Material changes to these terms will be communicated with a version and date. For questions or requests, use the contacts above.
